Say, they don't have hurricanes in Oklahoma. Maybe it's for tornadoes?

I hope it's not for any kind of storm that can rip up big trees at the roots! On the other hand, if the storm--hurricane, tornado, whatever--picks up the tethered car and whips it around over the tree, would anyone be likely to hear the tree squealing,
"Wheeeeeee!"?
