While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened. When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, telling them, "You are to say, 'His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.' If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble." So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day.-- Matt. 28:11-15 NIV

So I have spent my day trying to figure out if you are serious or not about memes, because if you have been pronouncing them in your head for year...well let's just say I am impressed.
I am serious. And when did I ever NOT impress you?
I am sorry I mis-spoke what I meant to say was , "well let's just say I am more impressed than normal."
Next time CNN is looking for someone to interview on the subject, I hope they call you instead of Al Mohler or the Catholic League guy. You pretty much shut out the arguments with a simple Bible passage.
I am about at the point of yawning when these sensationalistic claims surface. I think, tho', that we know who next year's Oscar winner will be in the category of Documentary.
Today's Hollywood definition of "documentary": Any tale that bashes God, Jesus Christ, evangelical Christians, or Judeo-Christian history, and satisfies the need of leftists to believe in something. No matter how stupid or how easily it is proven false.
